Jodee McCallum

Jodee McCallum, SHRM-SCP, JD, and Certified Executive Coach (CEC), is a values-driven leader who brings a commitment to human dignity and a growth mindset to every partnership. As the founder of Mindful Executive Strategies, Jodee draws on more than 20 years of executive experience to help organizations lead with intention, build cultures of belonging, and align people strategies with organizational purpose.

 

Her unique combination of HR leadership, legal expertise, and executive coaching equips her to guide clients through complex change with compassion and clarity. She has transformed traditional HR systems into inclusive, high-performing, and people-first frameworks that support both individual and organizational growth. She has led culturally responsive initiatives across sectors, from launching growth and learning programs at every level of the organization to embedding inclusivity and belonging into performance systems and strategic planning.​

 

With every engagement, Jodee fosters environments where individuals are safe to show up authentically—and where organizations are accountable for making that possible.
