Fractional Leadership
Long-term, part-time leaders to provide ongoing direction, guidance, assessment, and strategic planning for your people practices and inclusive cultures.
Available up to 20 hours per week and billed on a flat-rate monthly basis.
Interim Leadership
Leaders to serve during periods of transition and are able to stabilize operations, assess current realities, provide recommendations and strategies for the future, and participate in the hiring and onboarding of new, permanent leadership.
Available 20-40 hours per week and billed on an hourly, as needed basis.
